Hill’s practice focuses on technology litigation and related intellectual property matters. He has experience litigating patents related to wireless communications, as well as experience drafting and prosecuting patents related to financial software, image recognition, and the Internet of Things.
Prior to Joining Nelson Bumgardner Albritton in 2020, Hill worked in the intellectual property group of Baker Botts L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. His practice encompassed patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation.
Hill earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Alabama. He received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was an editor of the Alabama Law Review and a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board.
Hill is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and he is registered as a patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
