Justin was previously a founding partner of Bragalone Conroy, PC. He was also a partner with Shore Chan Bragalone DePumpo, LLP. The matters Justin has handled involve a wide range of technologies, including liquid-crystal displays, wearable biometric monitors, solid state drives (SSDs), digital-printing-workflow software, ambient light sensors, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) sensors, dynamic random access memory (DRAM), robotic microsurgery systems, DNA multiplexing, and arc-fault circuit interrupters. He has served as lead counsel for petitioners and patent owners in over 100 inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Justin has experience in a variety of other intellectual property, licensing, qui tam, business tort, and contract matters.
